We stand behind
every product we sell. If your item
is defective or you have received
an incorrect item, please e-mail us
within 7 days after receiving your
package. Please be aware that returns
are for defective merchandise and
wrong item received only. After your
return is approved, we will then e-mail
you a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Please write this number
on your original packing slip and
mail it back to us. Please make a
photocopy of the packing slip and
RMA number for your own records. There
must be an RMA number on the packing
slip in order for your return to be
approved.
Upon receiving the returned item,
we will immediately send you a replacement
along with a reimbursement of the
shipping charges you incurred to
mail it back to us. If there is
not replacement available, we will
send you a full cash refund along
with the shipping reimbursement.
You may also use this total as credit
towards another purchase on our
online store. In order to do so,
please e-mail us and let us know
immediately.
